A Texas native, Anna Shahan graduated from Clements High School in Sugar Land, TX. From there, she went on to graduate Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science. Anna was raised around real estate, but decided to pursue a path in teaching. She taught junior high math for 12 years, but became a licensed real estate agent in 2007. Once she felt her children were old enough to handle a mother that was a driven REALTOR®, she quit teaching to pursue a full-time career in real estate. In 2017, Anna took the next step and earned her Broker's License.  Soon after, she and her husband, Wes, launched their own company, Shahan Real Estate.

Anna continues to strive for excellence in education. Her current professional memberships include the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She has earned her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) which means she has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. The ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative designation) has taught her how to focus on working directly with buyer-clients, while the SRS designation has historically been the premier credential in seller representation. Anna has earned her e-PRO® certification as a desire to provide a more up-to-date and sophisticated service.
